The Steering Committee of the Special Interest Group on Research Engagement Development (SIG-RED) invites all stakeholders to join us in visiting the VTT quantum lab in Espoo Otaniemi district on Monday, June 8, 2026, 14:00-16:00.
VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd (VTT) is one of Europe's leading research organisations, which offers quantum computing services for research and companies, and develops quantum computing algorithms for various applications. VTT’s quantum computer, VTT Q50, is available for commercial and research use, either independently or connected to the CSC LUMI supercomputer.
Also, during the visit, we will meet quantum researchers from InstituteQ, who carry out and coordinate globally top-level research in fundamental quantum science and technology.
This visit is organised in collaboration with CSC, the Finnish NREN.
