Introduction to Training

This session is designed to provide an introduction to Training for those who are looking to understand how to adapt and present knowledge and material in a form that others can learn from. 

Topics covered will include: 

• Understanding your learners
• Understanding Learning Transfer
• Setting out your learning objectives
• Using learning aids (PPT, PDF, Documentation)
• How to evaluate training

This session is ideally for anyone who is looking to take their first step into training design and delivery and will be followed with ongoing support, subsequent training courses and workshops of training being developed.  

This session is an online course and is available to all members of the community.
