GÉANT Infoshare - New IPR Policy – highlights

Following extensive consultations, IPR Policy was voted with resolution GA(22)037 and approved by GA (decision GA27-D05 from GA meeting in Trieste on 13/06/2022). The new policy can be found here: https://about.geant.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/GEANT-_IPR_Policy_2022.pdf

This updated IPR framework will apply to new Géant project (GN5) which will start in January 2023.    

This infoshare session will be focused explaining main differences and crucial points of the new IPR policy for the future participants of GN5.
