Title: Overview of the results of the 2022 Satisfaction survey – How do NRENs view GEANT’s activities and services.
Overall, the satisfaction among GÉANT’s members with GÉANT’s activities and services is very high. Not only that, in important areas, satisfaction has increased over several years, e.g. with most aspects of handling of the GN4-3 project. Reflecting these trends, the general confidence in GEANT has increased over the last 4 years. While the overall picture of the data is very positive, there are results that require attention: Security receives a lot of attention in the form of comments and is perceived as an ongoing and increasing challenge and members expect GÉANT to expand its activities in this area. Also, questions about GÉANT’s service portfolio attracted numerous comments and suggestions – emphasizing that developing and adapting the portfolio to the needs of the community is a continuous process.
