Introduction to JIRA Service Desk - new GÉANT software tools support channel

The aim of the info-share is introduce this new Service Desk and to present to GÉANT Software Development teams its main features such as user portal, automatic issue creation via e-mail and knowledge base integration.

We will show how to use Service Desk as an effective way of communication with Software Development Tools Support Team.

We will also demonstrate how Service Desk can help you to improve customers or developers support in your project.

The event is open to all GN4.3 participants involved in the software development and/or managing software development projects.
