Transparency as a Driver of Equity: Exploring Pay, Progression and the Culture of Trust
With the EU Pay Transparency Directive bringing greater focus to openness and accountability, organisations are reflecting on how transparency influences trust, fairness and inclusion. This session will explore the role transparency can play in shaping pay, progression and workplace culture, the opportunities and challenges it presents, and what organisations can learn from one another as expectations continue to evolve.
