Description

Effective facilitation is more than leading a meeting. It’s about creating an environment where ideas flow, collaboration thrives, and groups move toward meaningful outcomes. This practical, hands-on workshop is designed to strengthen your ability to guide discussions, manage group dynamics, and handle challenging situations with confidence and composure.

This workshop is delivered across three interactive virtual sessions, combining theory, practical tools, and live practice.
