Here you will be able to submit your proposal for a Lightning Talk for the GÉANT Project Symposium 2026.

Lightning Talks

Lightning Talks are short, high‑energy 5‑minute presentations showcasing innovative ideas, project insights, developments, lessons learned, or emerging challenges across GN5‑2.

Format & Guidelines

• Each talk is strictly 5 minutes.
• No Q&A during the session to maintain pace.
• Presenters must be on‑site; hybrid participation is not supported.
• Standard room setup includes a projector and screen; presenters should use their own laptops.
• Submissions are welcome from all WPs, tasks, and cross‑activity teams.

Selection criteria include:

• Relevance for the GN5‑2 community
• Clarity and focus appropriate for the 5‑minute format
• Evidence of collaboration, innovation, or concrete progress

All submitters will be notified in April 2026.
