Pre-CTO Workshop session for Security Services and Innovation Managers

Description

Audience: Security services and innovation managers

Over the years, our joint efforts in security have delivered strong results – from training and tooling to shared policies and intelligence. Now it’s time to look ahead: where should the R&E community focus its security collaboration in the next 3–5 years? What should we focus on and develop together? What should we drop and stop putting effort into?

This interactive workshop will feed directly into the CTO Workshops in November 2025 (event details), ensuring that your input helps shape the future agenda. Together, we will also explore opportunities beyond GN5-2, including additional funding models, joint procurement and deployment of licenses and services.

We want to hear from you:

  • What is on your agenda and wish list for the coming years?
  • What challenges should the R&E community tackle together?
  • What value do you want to gain from R&E collaboration?
  • What experiences, tools, or strategies can you share with peers?

The session will begin with a short overview of the current state of play in security, followed by an interactive exchange to collect your input and priorities.

Please come prepared with ideas, insights, and examples to make the most of the discussion.
