Please note that you will get multiple emails during the process of registration, and card payment, including a pro-forma and actual invoice.
Discount codes for accommodation will be sent alongside confirmation of registration.
Sponsorship (Conference Fees and Workshop Waivers)
Thanks to our partner organizations, we are able to provide sponsorship for financially less advantaged participants to attend EDDI 2025. Preference will be given to low and middle income countries and regions.
Please write a short application and send it to: eddi25-prog@googlegroups.com as soon as possible. Evaluation is continuous; the first one is on October 13. Funds might run out quickly, please apply as soon as possible. The application should include:
- Name
- Organisation
- Country
- Explanation why EDDI2025 is interesting for you or your organisation
- Brief explanation why you need to apply for financial support
- Detailed budget you apply for. Partial funding by EDDI 2025 is also possible, i. e. conference registration or workshop fee waivers, hotel costs, travel costs, etc.
Side Meetings
Side meetings are by invitation, however, if you are interested in attending them please contact the organisers directly.
Hackathon
The DDI Developers Group will be organising a two day hackathon, on the Thursday and Friday.
