TNC23 Side Meeting: Building a future talent pool: recruiting & retaining talented people

Recruiting and retaining good people is a shared challenge. In this interactive session, we will hear how panellists are approaching this challenge and explore ideas in small groups. Places are limited so please register.

Discussion topics will include:

• How to build a talent "pool"
• Strategies for successful recruitment and retention 

This meeting is part of the new HR & Learning Forum. It is open to anyone attending TNC23 who is responsible for recruitment and staff development within their organisation or who is interested in these important topics. During the session we will invite all participants to join a HR & Learning mailing list to be part of future events. 

There will be a series of short presentations from panellists, interspersed by discussion on tables. The panellists are:
