Presentation Training for PMC Presenters: Memorable Messaging

This is the first of two training sessions which are designed for people who are presenting at the Project Management Convention in Dordrecht.

A great presentation can help you get buy-in to your ideas and build your professional profile. This practical workshop will help you create a clear, compelling message for your PMC presentation. You will receive best-practice ideas which you can apply immediately. We’ll show you how to:

• Simplify complex information – to create a memorable message
• Use brain-friendly structures – to help you and listeners remember your message
• Bring your message to life - put more of YOU into the content

Please bring your laptop to work on ideas for your PMC23 presentation during the session. The range of information and practical exercises make it suitable for people at all levels of presentation experience.

NB This is the first of a two-part training programme. The second module will equip you to use your voice and body language to deliver engaging presentations. You can register for the second module here.

Who can attend:

PMC presenters. This training is designed for Work Package Leaders, Task Leaders, Coordinators and GÉANT PMO who are presenting at the Project Management Convention in Dordrecht. Participants should gain approval from their manager prior to registering.
